Johnson and Johnson Consulting-CFLS offers Individual, Relationship and Parenting Coaching services. If you have questions about the the difference between Coaching and Therapeutic Counseling click on the "Coaching verses Counseling" tab. Each coach offers a unique approach to serving clients. Find out if working with a Coach is right for you, simply contact Karen Johnson or Eric Johnson to schedule an initial Complimentary Session by phone.
Our offices are located in the city of Chicago, IL and South Holland, IL area for those interested in in-office sessions.

Court Mandated clients may qualify for our adjusted fee option for parenting classes

1) Select your Coach and request a 30 Minute FREE Consultation:
This option offers a private session by phone only. During this Consultation, you will better determine if Coaching is the right fit for you and if you would like to move forward in our work together.

2) Purchase your session
Pay online by credit card or check with PayPal; a safe, secure online company. You will not be charged until you personally enter your credit card information.

One-Hour In-Person/Phone Career/Life Coaching Session $125 (you may qualify for adjusted fee option)

This option includes: A one hour, private, one-on-one, and confidential, in-person or phone coaching session, assessments, referrals and guidance should the client desire future coaching sessions.
4-Weeks In-Person/Phone Career/Life Coaching Program $700 (you may qualify for adjusted fee option)
This option includes 4 one hour- one-on-one, private, and confidential in-person/phone coaching sessions, as well as multiple assessments, and time proven techniques that will elevate your mind and get you on the right track toward your desired goals.
Three-Month In-Person/Phone Career/Life Coaching Program
This option includes 8 one hour-one-on-one private and confidential in-person/phone coaching sessions, 4 30-minute one-on-one, private, and confidential phone coaching sessions, e-mail support, as well as multiple assessments, and time proven techniques that will elevate your mind for success.
Six-Month In-Person/Phone Career Coaching/Life Coaching Program (BEST VALUE!
This option includes: Four one-on-one, private and confidential in-person/phone sessions and Twenty 30-minute one-on-one, private, and confidential in-person coaching sessions, weekly email support as well as assessments and time proven techniques that will elevate your mind and take you from where you are to where you want to be.

3) Complete your Pre-Session form
After your payment is made You will receive a Confidential Client Pre-session form via email. Complete this form and return it via email to your Coach This will insure he/she is better prepared when the session begins. You don't have to waste valuable time because your Coach already has important information needed to get started. Take your time when completing the form. Most people tell us that this process helps them prepare for their session, and gives them valuable insights into the issues they want to address in therapy.
4) Schedule your Appointment
After receiving your Pre-session form, the Coach you select will send a link which will allow you to view their available dates/times. Please select the appointment that you want from their openings. You will receive a return email confirmation of your scheduled session. Remember to make sure you schedule during your Coach's time zone; CST.
Email/Phone sessions purchased in bulk must be used within 6 months from date of purchase.
